Pre-Treatment

• Please arrive to your appointment with clean eyebrows, free of cosmetics.
• Please thoroughly exfoliate through your brows before your appointment and make sure there is no residual product in and around your brow

Post-Treatment

• Brows will be darker for the first 24-48 hours before first wash, then will slightly lighten in colour.
• Henna can last 1-2 weeks on the skin, depending on skin type, lifestyle factors and after care.
• Hairs will still be tinted after the stain has gone from the skin, it just won't appear as full.
• Do not wet brows for 24 hours after treatment.
• Avoid rubbing brows.
• Do not apply cosmetics directly on brows for at least 24 hours.
• Avoid sun baking for 24 hours, as this can cause Henna to fade.
• Please note that oil-based makeup remover can cause Henna to fade quicker.
• Avoid saunas for at least 24 hours after treatment.
• Exposure to the sun/UV lights for long periods can cause Henna to fade quicker.

Brow lamination is LOW maintenance not NO maintenance. Brow lamination is a chemical process to break down your hair bond to manipulate your brow hairs into a feathery fluffed up shape. Just like we need to take care of our hair and our skin, our treated brows are no different.

Brow Lamination Pre-Treatment

• Clear your schedule for the 24hrs after your appointment - your brows are going to look BIG & BOLD! Don't worry, they will settle after the 24 hour mark.
• Please arrive to your appointment with clean eyebrows, free of cosmetics.
• It is recommended to wash your hair prior to your appointment. Washing your hair within 24hr of your treatment is not advised as it is imperative brows stay dry for 24hrs.
• Please thoroughly exfoliate through your brows before your appointment and make sure there is no residual product in and around your brow.

Brow Lamination Post-Treatment

• Leave brows to be for 24hrs. Brushing your brows in any direction other than in which they're set may cause brows to set & grow in an undesirable shape.
• Don’t get your brows wet for 24hrs. This includes saunas/sweating at the gym/swimming.
• Do not apply cosmetics directly on brows for at least 24hrs.
• Set brows when wet and style into your desired shape.
• Use a brow/lash serum daily, we recommend the Elleeplex aftercare serum. This contains keratin, collagen & vitamins to promote healthy hairs.
• Oil nightly with castor oil to nourish your brows
• Condition brows in the shower with standard hair conditioner & whenever you do a hair mask, don’t forget your brows.
• Brush daily with care.
• Use oil based makeup remover gently to remove makeup.

Lash Lift Pre Care

• Eyelash Extensions need to be removed at least 3 days to 1 week prior to your appointment.
• For best results do not use waterproof mascara or curl your lashes 5 days prior to your treatment.
• No eye makeup the day of your appointment. For example, mascara, eye shadow, eyeliner etc.
• Remove any eye makeup with oil free makeup remover the day prior.
• It’s recommended to wash your hair prior to your appointment because you may not for 48 hours after.

Lash Lift Post Care

• No water and mascara on the lashes for 48 hours after the treatment.
• No steam, no heavy exercising that would cause excessive sweating, no hair washing (at home) for 48 hours after etc.
• No lash serums, lash extensions, eye creams for 48 hours.
